Breakfast was super, check in was friendly. The beds were spacious and the room was bright & functional. The staff was incredibly kind providing assistance. Optimal location close to the beach as well as the waterfront.

The staff was polite, the beds were incredible, and the breakfast was generous. And it also had splendid view. Walking distance to shops and the main shopping centre across the street. Good value, and the location was surprisingly quiet for exploring Brighton.

ordinary room with amazing bed, above average breakfast with plenty of outstanding food. the location was very pretty, short walk from hove lawns. the beach nearby was clean and the view was astonishing. liked that the lobby bar was working.

It became my favourite place to stay in Brighton. The place was well-equipped and restaurant was popular. Generally everything was cool, even so the bathroom was very small. Staff were more than helpful and took care of requests.
